Unplug from technology for 1 day a week for 1 month

Join the Parent Nation as we commit one day a week to put down the devices, step away from the screens and “Unplug 2 Connect” as a family again!

  • Is your technology addicted family stressing you out?

  • Are you ready to take anything with a screen and toss it off the nearest cliff?

  • Do you forget the sounds of your children’s voices?

Unplug 2 Connect

Maybe it is just me? Or is your technology addicted family stressing you out? Are you ready to take anything with a screen and toss it off the nearest cliff? Do you forget the sounds of your children’s voices? Are you tired of not being able to plan family functions because of the inevitable fight over that ONE MORE LEVEL? Do you sometimes find yourself feeling sad or depressed because you see your kiddo’s childhood being sucked into the internet?

Well, join the club!! No, seriously...there are THAT fricken many of us, I’ve started a club!

So, if you are still nodding your head in agreement with the previous questions, then I ask you: Are you willing to take ONE BRAVE STEP that will lead you to getting your happiness, joy and connection back?

Then join me and the rest of Parent Nation as we commit one day a week to put down the devices, step away from the screens and “Unplug 2 Connect” as a family again!

The Unplug 2 Connect pledge is your commitment to unplug from technology 1 day a week for 4 weeks. Yep, that’s it. One day, One month, One goal. ONE GIANT LEAP toward taking your life back!

I know how frustrating it can be to compete for affection and connection with an electronic device...and I know how isolating it can feel to wonder if you’re the only parent on the planet who wishes they could just flip a switch and turn off the internet and get social without the media for a while.

Let’s do this together Parent Nation...
Let’s show our kiddos how much fun real life can be.
